After flying out and spending a week in Berkeley, I was relieved to find the option to meet my requirements. I saw a few properties, and some of them were shocking. In the end, Aquatic @ U is my choice, especially with its focus on safety and a conducive study environment. Kudos to Brandon and Jessica for spending time with me during the decision-making process!

5.05.0 out of 5Exchange students from Norway!This apartment building was the perfect fit for me and my boyfriend as we were both exchange students. We were looking for a short term lease with a location close to campus (Go Bears!). The help we got from Jessica was outstanding, and everyone has been very helpful with everything! The apartment building is modern, clean, close to a grocery store, and has its own study area which was very nice! Highly recommended!
